Sound Interior Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Studio OTOLO (“we”) handles personal data in the iOS app “Sound Interior” (the “App”).
1. The short version
The App processes sound, camera video and photos entirely on your device. We run no servers, and none of this data is sent to us. No account is required. The only external service is RevenueCat, used to record and validate purchases (see the table and section 4).
2. Device features and data the App uses

3. What we do not collect
The App includes no analytics or advertising SDKs. It does not collect location or contacts. The device identifier (IDFV) is used only to validate purchases through RevenueCat.
4. Sharing with third parties
Subscription data is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy, and by RevenueCat to record and validate purchases (revenuecat.com/privacy). We share no other personal data with third parties.
5. Children
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete works individually in the Atelier. Deleting the App removes all data it stored (works, templates and the diagnostic log). Items saved to Photos must be deleted from Photos.
7. Changes
If a new feature changes how data is handled (for example, delivering prices from a server), we will update this page and its effective date.
8. If you live in the EU or the UK
The controller of personal data relating to the App is Studio OTOLO (contact: support@studiootolo.com). The only data we handle is the purchase-validation information in the table above (the product purchased and its date, an anonymous user ID generated by the App, and the device identifier). Audio, video and photos stay on your device and are never sent to us.
We rely on the performance of our contract with you to provide the subscription (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and on our legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent purchases (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep the data only as long as needed to manage subscriptions.
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. Write to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
9. This website (studiootolo.com)
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It stores nothing on your device, such as cookies, and does not identify individual visitors. It records the page visited, the referring site, country, device and browser type, and page load speed (Cloudflare’s privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). For visitors in the EU or the UK, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). This applies only to the website, not to the App.
